| The North West 200 is an international motorcycle
road race held each year on a public road circuit, linking the market town
of Coleraine with the seaside resorts of Portrush and Portstewart on the
north coast of Northern Ireland. The event is organised by Coleraine and
District Motor Club and for the past 9 years has been sponsored by Coca-Cola,
sponsorship which will end after its 10th year in 2002. Each year the event attracts top riders and teams from all over the world and enjoys thousands of supporters worldwide. |
